Website Proof: Website home page proofs require a $90.00 design deposit. This fee is applied to the finished site design and/or management fees. Design deposits are non-refundable.
Design Pricing: Our premium website design pricing is based on how many pages you plan on having on your website. We charge $45.00 per website page. For example, a 4 page website (Home, Contact Us, Services, About Us) would be $180.00 for the design. The maximum size of each page is 940 pixels wide x 900 pixels long.
Pages can have one photo gallery (slide show) with up to 20 images, plus $1.00 for each additional image. Pages can also have one contact form. Forms can have up to 12 fields. Please see our website design page for more information on galleries and forms. Password protected pages are also available.
Design fees must be prepaid before sites are designed (after proof approval). Design fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Domain & Email: Each website package includes one domain name and one POP3 email address. Additional domain names are $20.00 per year. Email accounts with more addresses are available. Please email for pricing.
Management: Our premium website management service includes website hosting with an unique IP address, one hour of changes to existing content per month (see below for more details), organic search engine optimization and design upgrades as the industry changes and evolves.
Our premium website management service is $360.00 for the first year and $30.00 per month after the first year. Website management fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The premium management fee includes 1 hour of changes to existing HTML website content per month. This time does not carry over if not used. The one hour of changes with hosting does not include the addition of new website pages, website layout changes, website redesign, adding to/updating galleries or changes to website attachments (i.e. Excel, Word, or PDF files). Links to files/attachments provided are included. Changes must be sent via email and are generally made within 2-3 business days.
