How do I order business cards?
All we need is your business card information emailed along with your logo and any design preferences. We will send a design back via email for proofing within 1 to 2 business days. Once the proof is approved, printing and shipping takes 6-10 business days.

Printed Orders
NEW! Our prepayment discounted pricing is now our standard pricing!
Prepayment is required on all printed orders before the order will be sent to print. Payment can be made after the proof has been approved. An invoice will be emailed once proof approval has been received. Orders that are not completed and that have had no recent progress, will be closed and billed for all design work and/or setup fees.
Robin Ludwig Design Inc. is not responsible for grammar, spelling or content errors after proof has been approved for printing. Once approved for printing, orders can not be changed in any way or cancelled.
Logo Design
Prepayment is required on logo design before we begin design. Once payment is received, we will email the initial proofs in 1-3 business days. Logo design is a non-refundable service.
Website Services
A $90.00 deposit is required for the website home page proof. Once the proof is approved and all of the remaining website content is received we will email an invoice for the entire website design. Once the site is ready to be uploaded to the internet we will invoice for the initial year of website management. The proof deposit will be applied to design and management fees as applicable. Website management and design are non-refundable services.
General Policy
MN residents and companies will be charged MN sales tax.
