Orders are primarily taken through email. We can also take orders over the phone, fax or by postal mail. We do not offer in person appointments at this time.

Please provide the following information when ordering:
1. Billing/shipping address (no PO boxes), name and phone
2. Contact (text) information for piece
3. Any specials, product descriptions or services for piece
3. Logos, photographs, or art
4. Existing design, ideas, or brief description of business
5. Font and/or color preferences

Once the order is received: An electronic proof will be emailed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders with more extensive design such as brochures or large postcards may take longer.

Request a prepayment invoice and save! The prepayment discount applies to orders paid in full prior to being printed. MN residents and companies will be charged MN sales tax.

Everything we create and print is custom, therefore, once a quote or proof is accepted, customers will be billed for the design/setup work and all printed product. Orders that are not completed and that have had no recent progress, will be closed and billed for all design work (setup fees).
